77 jaya Terms & Conditions — User Agreement & Platform Rules

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 77 jaya ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77 jaya website located at https://77-jaya.ws, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77 jaya platform, close any account you hold, and withdraw any available balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 77 jaya, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other covered sports), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger), slot games, crash games (including Aviator), virtual games, and any promotional offers or bonuses associated with the above.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77 jaya with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior understandings, representations, or agreements — whether written or verbal — are superseded by these Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency arising from translation into any other language, the English-language version shall take precedence in all cases.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 77 jaya platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of these conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 77 jaya does not permit players under 18 to register or use any part of its platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Personal Capacity: You must be registering and using the account entirely for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, group accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) 77 jaya account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that you have voluntarily placed on yourself, whether through 77 jaya or any other gambling platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.1 Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77 jaya makes no representation or warranty that the services provided are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Accessing 77 jaya from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 77 jaya — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following details:

77 jaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC documents") from any player at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by the 77 jaya compliance team. The time required to complete KYC review varies; players are encouraged to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77 jaya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77 jaya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 77 jaya support team immediately via live chat. 77 jaya will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

77 jaya supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on 77 jaya:

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 77 jaya account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned (minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider).
• 77 jaya does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within an average of 1 hour after approval.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will be refused.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have their withdrawal requests processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 77 jaya reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

77 jaya maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. The platform may, at its sole discretion, freeze account access and/or report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities if there is reasonable cause to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Players are prohibited from using the 77 jaya platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment betting and gaming.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activities conducted on the 77 jaya platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the platform at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 77 jaya system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, 77 jaya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts in accordance with the specific sport's rules.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market. In-play odds may be suspended at any time and bets placed during a suspension period will be void.
• 77 jaya covers cricket markets including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and all major domestic and international competitions.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant betting market.

5.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are provided by certified third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and operated under their respective gaming systems. 77 jaya does not control the underlying RNG or game mechanics.
• The results of all casino games are determined by certified random number generation systems and are not influenced by 77 jaya or any player action other than the game mechanic itself.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are clearly displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, bets affected by the malfunction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 77 jaya's decision in such matters is final.

5.3 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77 jaya platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit temporary pricing discrepancies
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any event offered on the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77 jaya offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and other major events).

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Players should read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the relevant offer's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses by creating additional accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 77 jaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

77 jaya actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any associated winnings voided and their accounts may be closed.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the 77 jaya platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. In addition to the prohibited betting conduct listed in Section 5, the following general obligations and prohibitions apply to your use of the 77 jaya platform:

7.1 General User Obligations

• You must keep all registration information accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (e.g., phone number, email address), you must update your account promptly.
• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name for all deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the platform.
• You must not attempt to access any part of the platform using automated means, crawlers, or scraping tools.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating more than one account on the 77 jaya platform
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account
• Transmitting or introducing any malware, virus, or harmful code to the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your actual location in contravention of these Terms
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 77 jaya staff or other platform users
• Making false or fraudulent claims to the 77 jaya support team

Violation of any of the above obligations will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of the account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 77 jaya account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. After account closure, you will no longer be able to access the account or any historical transaction records associated with it.

8.2 Closure by 77 jaya

77 jaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crimes
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Providing false registration information
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 6.2
• Abusive behaviour towards platform staff or other users
• Any other conduct that 77 jaya, in its reasonable discretion, deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or its users

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 77 jaya reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be retained for a period of 36 months from the date of last login, after which 77 jaya may administratively close the account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77 jaya excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — in relation to the platform and the services provided. Specifically:

• 77 jaya does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from the effects of viruses or other harmful components.
• 77 jaya shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 77 jaya shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or payment provider outages.
• The total aggregate liability of 77 jaya to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their 77 jaya account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

77 jaya reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77 jaya will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 77 jaya platform after any such changes have been communicated and have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Waiver

Any failure by 77 jaya to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or 77 jaya's right to enforce it on any subsequent occasion.
